Farewell and thanks to CEO Lindsey Webber

Lindsey Webber - CEO - WBOPPHO

The WBOP PHO Board thanks CEO Lindsey Webber for her six and a half years of dedicated leadership and service. Lindsey is now moving into a new chapter in her career, and we wish her every success.

Since 2019, Lindsey has guided WBOP PHO through some of the most transformative years in New Zealand’s health system, from the COVID-19 response to the transition into the new national and regional frameworks, ensuring our organisation remained connected, collaborative and community-centred.

Her compassionate and courageous leadership, along with her commitment to equity and collaboration, has strengthened relationships across our network of general practices, iwi and community providers. This contribution is deeply appreciated by the Board and kaimahi alike.

Under Lindsey’s guidance, WBOP PHO has continued to grow as an organisation grounded in people, partnership and purpose, values that will continue to shape our mahi into the future.

At this stage, the organisation will be guided by the Executive Leadership Team, who will provide collective leadership and support to ensure our mahi continues smoothly for our partners, providers and communities. Our focus remains firmly on delivering high-quality primary care and supporting the wellbeing of the people we serve.
